From Humble Beginnings

    Born

    Born and raised in Kathmandu. My father Mr. Mahendra P.Joshi is a professional in management and administration, while my mother Mrs. Malika Malla Joshi is a caring and loving housewife. I grew up in Kathmandu -1 and New Baneshwor and attended Himalaya Vidya Mandir, Milan Vidya Mandir, and Metropolitan H.S. School.


    From a Humble Beginning
    MY STORIES : How was my childhood in Kathmandu ?


    Family & Cultural Background:
    •As a Millennials (Generation Y) with indo-aryan and mongolid-mix race and XY Chromosome, Middle Class, Newar Family - Joshi to a Grandfather, Father and their siblings that migrated,studied & grew up in India, Malla to mother that grew up in Bhaktapur & Kathmandu , grewing up with 3 sister as odd male and losing one elder sister with braintumer at Kathmandu -1.

    Environmental, Culture & Food Memories
    • Cold wind that dry up your hands,head and feet.
    • Water levels drops to freezing points sometimes.
    • A month winter vacactions and foggy atmosphere.
    • Cold Water and sanitations hesitation.
    • More Greenary and less poppulation.
    • Less multicultural policies and more common culture in Bhaktapur, Kathmandu and Patan .
    • Nutrition in foods and ghee, red meat, yougurt were common source of consumption.

    Memories wrapped in silence:
    • Met a seroius accident, chasing to a cycle,and was badly wouned to a right leg at Kathmandu-1.
    • Group Family, Family conflicts, Homelessness and forced to move to New Banewshor.
    • Saw revolution change & its impacts from monarchism to federalism.
    • Sucidal attempt, self Harm, adopting smoking habbits & other bad habbits and recommended to take medicine for depression for a cause to a child who takes misbehaving & discrimination seriously and Autism Childhood.

    Memories that still glow:
    • Flying kites with mates & watching cartoon network.
    • Got a first computer , Pentium 4 and enjoyed international songs; Greenday, Simple Plan & PC Games ; Delta Force, Age of Empire.
    • Participating family & festival events.
    • Playing Urban Ninja-crawling from a building to another at baneshwor and creative artworks as a hobby.

    Moves to Regional Provience

    Moves to Gandaki Province along with his family and grows up in Pokhara. Attends Little Step MA VI, Mount Annapurna H. School, and Janapriya Multiple College. Explores and practices different cultures, participates in friendly events, and pursues traveling as a hobby. Upskills and reskills the workforce in Banking Management and Hospitality Management. Plans to move back to the capital city and holds a family business in partnership at A&D Enterprises.

    MY STORIES : How was my teen age in a Regional Provience ?


    Environmental, Culture & Food Memories
    • Cold Temperature in morning and evening , sunny day with blue sky and clean air.
    • Tropical monsoon climate with often 2 to 3 times rain drops a day with cloud brusting in seasons.
    • More of the mongolism culture and rising multiculturism culture, clashes and issues.
    • Fish, Chickens, Local Green Vegies and Fruits were part of consumpution.
    • More Greenary and less poppulation.

    Memories wrapped in silence:
    • Racial Discrimination & caught into a fight.
    • Sucidal attempt, for a cause to a child who takes misbehaving & discrimination seriously at Gandaki Provience.
    • Faced live, climate change impact on seti river and flood disaster.
    • Racial Discrimination in a work place at Gandaki Provience.
    • Catching scars while working hard on family business in Jorpatai, Kathmandu.

    Memories that still glow:
    • Treking, Swimming, Forest Bathing, Dancing, River diving, Cycling and Travelling with Little Step male and female mates.
    • Participating festival such as Deusi Bhailo Program , events such as traditional farming in Ashar -15 & gatherings with friends.
    • Helping Earthquake victims at the time of quake with INF , donating infant childrens & human trafficking with Helping Hands from festival incomes and charity.
    • Donating blood in a blood donation program organized & led by community & leo club of Pokhara.
    • Geting Involved in Hospitality Management, Banking Management & Family Bussiness.

    Moves back to Bagmati Provience

    An earthquake impacts the economy, causing losses and also planning & settle down in Bhaktapur. The COVID-19 pandemic further affects the economy, prompting upskilling and reskilling in project management, prgram manangement, life insurance, office administration, and logistics. Explores and participates in various Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) events and international conferences.

    Memories wrapped in silence:
    • Family Conflict & Legal court case going on among mother-in-law to a father and their siblings.
    • Discrimination & forced labour by community in Bhaktapur.

    Memories that still glow:
    • Treking and rafting within Bagmati Provience
    • Generating and showcasing urban regeneration and rehabitation ideas from research papers contributed by various authors, along with creating landing pages and groups for awareness and reconstruction initiatives for kathmandu due to impact of earthquake, under the banner of " Kathmandu Urban Conversation " with Sustinable Development Goals Guideline through social media platforms.
    • Participating International and National conference.
    • Involved in Projects and Insurance Industry.
    • Insearch of jobs & institution for organizational, personal & financial growth.
    • Joining NHAFN OMLAS Champion - 2025.
    • Donating Blood in a blood donation program organized & led by community in Bhaktapur.
